Your contributions will go directly to the delivery of healthcare to patients with the greatest needs and least amount of financial resources.  Each year there is a growing demand for our health services. We continue to assess the needs of the children, families and seniors, who do not have access to affordable healthcare. In the current economic climate, many of our patients have lost their job and no longer have health insurance or are seniors who cannot afford their prescription medications. Your contributions help to ensure that we can continue in our mission to meet our area's growing healthcare needs. 

- $100 supports an annual or pre-employment exam for two adults.

- $500 provides a well-child check-up for four children

- $500 covers a year of medical care for an adult living with diabetes

- $1,000 ensures a person with a heart condition will have their annual prescription covered.
